Kids & Teens Advertising

Advertising directed to users under 18 years old must provide age-appropriate content and protect youth privacy and safety. Additionally, for users 12 and under, advertising must abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) and create an age-appropriate marketing environment as outlined by the Children’s Advertising Review Unit (“CARU”).
