Tim oversees North American operations for Initiative, with a particular focus on developing media, marketing and digital capabilities. By combining the agency’s media expertise with research and technology, he leads the company’s efforts to help marketers engage consumers, grow brands and build business in the converging media landscape.
Tim spearheaded Initiative's successful restructuring into a consolidated unit, transforming the agency into a media, marketing and digital force. Already an Adweek "Media All-Star" and Advertising Age "Media Maven", Tim was recently named "Media Executive of the Year" by TV Week.
Tim lives in Connecticut with his wife and their three children.
