Chief Digital Officer
As CDO, Ben has led OMD’s “Digital@the Core” movement, helping infuse our strategy and investment teams with digital data, process and experience. These efforts have doubled-down on OMD’s commitment to digital, creating a pervasive digital mindset while honing a class-leading, digitally dedicated strategic practice for our clients.
Ben made the jump to interactive from analog in the late '90s. He joined OMD in 2011 after eight years at IPG, having built digital and integrated practices at both media-only and full-service agencies. Over his career, Ben has created new client services including search and mobile; established centers of excellence in social and video; and built cross training programs for all employees.
Ben’s is also an expert at helping clients recognize the business value of digital. His expertise has been sought out by The Wall Street Journal and BusinessWeek, as well as the DMA and AAAA/IAB. In his free time, Ben is a mentor with StreetSquash, where he combines his love of squash with his desire to help kids.
