MapQuest Hosts Local Tech Meetup

MapQuest opened its doors for the Boulder Denver New Tech Meetup last night hosted by Andrei Taraschuk, and it was a great turnout.

The meetup was an opportunity for our local community to get together to network, socialize and show-and-tell all of our new technologies.

The group offered insightful feedback and interaction to all of the companies that presented, including Swarm Connect, a social gaming platform; PlaceMatters.org, a nonprofit organization supporting the creation and maintenance of sustainable vibrant communities through improving decision-making; Creativ.es, a talent resource company for the tech and agency industries; Weatherist.com, a site that provides consumers with the most accurate weather forecast available through the Most Probable Forecast; and Roximity, a company that was created in 24hrs at the TechCrunch Disrupt Hackathon in September of this year.
We look forward to continuing to support our local growing tech community.
