AOL logos, use of

Use of the AOL logo or any other AOL-owned brand name or logo (collectively, “AOL Logos”) on partner’s and advertiser’s creatives and linking urls without express permission is prohibited.

Each request to use the AOL Logos will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Upon ad approval, advertiser’s sales person must contact the Rights and Clearances team in AOL Legal to obtain the appropriate licensing agreement.
