Global Head of IPG
As the Global Head of IPG, Rob Middleton provides a critical link to our agency and holding company partners. His responsibilities include aligning business goals, navigating partnership roadmaps, tackling joint industry issues, and increasing client success.
Rob joined AOL from Google, where he helped launch the agency development team and guided agency strategy. Prior to this, Rob spent 15 years on the agency side of the business, starting at traditional agencies – BBDO, Chiat/Day and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners (GS&P) – but quickly shifting to digital work. He created the online division of GS&P as Digital Director, before joining one of the early interactive shops, SFInteractive, as a principal. Rob also started one of the first SEM agencies, Fathom Online, which quickly became one of the largest search agencies in the US.
