Vice President, Global Agency Development

As a Vice President, Global Agency Development, Barbara Pelham serves AOL as its liaison to Publicis Media Groupe. With her team, she focuses on building mutually beneficial strategic solutions that leverage the AOL portfolio of assets and capabilities. A diverse practitioner, Barbara joins AOL with 20+ years in the industry. She has spent the bulk of her time at full service agencies working on large integrated accounts in the tech/telco, healthcare/public and finance sectors giving her a deep cross discipline knowledge.

Operationally, Barbara was on the leadership team for the consolidation of IBM at OgilvyOne and eventually became the global lead of IBM Demand Generation including all direct and digital spend for Ogilvy. Barbara parlayed her tech experience into to healthcare and worked with great brands within J&J and Pfizer eventually leading her to become the WPP Team Lead for Bayer. In 2011, she moved to UM an IPG media agency to be the Global Lead for MasterCard. Barbara joined AOL in 2013 and is driven by her passion for results.

Barbara received her bachelor's degree in Communications (Marketing) at St. John Fisher College. She currently resides in Westchester, NY with her husband and two children.
